To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 1522 of 21 March 2023, if he will support the consistent use of a separate symbol on medical charts to indicate pregnancy after loss in all maternity units, as well as an alert symbol and notice indicating that women and their partner are experiencing a bereavement; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
