1604. To ask the Minister for Health if he is aware of a long standing commitment to the refurbishment of a building in the old St. Otterans site in Waterford so that community services presently located on the acute hospital campus at University Hospital Waterford, UHW, could move to this new location thereby freeing up space within the main campus which is badly needed to provide new medical bed space (details supplied); if he will provide an update on when this building will be refurbished and in a position to receive community services out of the acute hospital campus; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
