To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if a person who owns a derelict house and wishes to avail of the vacant property refurbishment grant, and as a result of the structure being damaged beyond repair, demolishes the house, is eligible for the vacant property refurbishment grant; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
