I propose to take Questions Nos. 503 and 505 together.

As this question refers to service matters, I have asked the Health Service Executive (HSE) to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.

To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if he will provide details on the number of family forums established as part of Progressing Disability Services; if each children’s disability network team has or has not an operational family forum; the number of times family forums meet annually; the process by which the views expressed through each forum impact on policy and service delivery; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
