To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he will examine the impact that small social welfare increases have on rent costs for local authority tenants under the differential rent scheme given that vulnerable tenants, including those on disability allowance and the State pension, are seeing an increase in their payment being eaten up by an increase in rent, especially given the current cost-of-living crisis; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
