To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if a person (details supplied) can have his or her appeal pursuant to the secondary, community and comprehensive school teachers pension scheme 2009, as provided for in SI 435/2009, considered in accordance with article 70 of the regulations; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Yes, the person concerned can have their appeal pursuant to the Secondary, Community and Comprehensive School Teachers Pension Scheme 2009 (S.I. 435 of 2009) considered in accordance with Article 70 of the Regulations.

Officials of the Pensions Unit of my Department will make direct contact with the person concerned in this regard.
