My Department has, in past years, commemorated this individual with a grove of trees within Killarney National Park. There is also a sculpture, marking the 50thanniversary of his passing, at the entrance to Killarney House and Gardens. I am not aware of any proposals in relation to the 60thanniversary of his passing.
