To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if the Government has set a date for a referendum on Articles 40.1 and 41 of the Constitution to give effect to the Committee on gender equality recommendations; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The bringing of a referendum is a matter for the Taoiseach and the Government. The Government is currently considering the report of the Citizens' Assembly on Gender Equality and its recommendations with regard to the possible holding of referenda on Article 40.1 and on Article 41.
