To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality his views on a report from the European Anti-Fraud Office relating to the operational activities of Frontex and its alleged violations of fundamental rights; his plans to ensure that Frontex, which is part-funded by the State, is not violating human rights; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
