452. To ask the Minister for Health the number of parents have that taken his Department to court due to the fact that their child did not receive an assessment of needs within the statutory time frame, in each of the years 2018 to 2022; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6060/23]

Some time will be required in order to gather the information which the Deputy has requested. I have asked officials in the Department of Health to collate the requested information and prepare a full response which I will provide to the Deputy as soon as possible.
