My Department has no funding stream that supports geological ground surveys.

However, the project in question may be eligible to apply to the Heritage Council’s Community Heritage Grants Scheme, details of which may be found on www.heritagecouncil.ie. Should further information on this scheme be required, arrangements have been put in place by all bodies under the aegis of my Department to facilitate the provision of information directly to members of the Oireachtas.
