To ask the Minister for Health the number of private insurance patient forms that were completed on admission to University Hospital Limerick in each of the years 2019 to 2022; the number of claims that were processed in respect of these forms to health insurance companies in those years the number that have been closed out and the number outstanding, respectively; and the total number of admissions to the Hospital in each of those years.
