To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the details of current waiting times for driving tests for B category vehicles in all north Dublin test centres, to include the number of persons awaiting a test at each centre; and the number of weeks that they are currently on the waiting list, broken down into four-week periods 0-4, 4-8, 8-12, 12-16, 16-20 and so on in tabular form. The operation of the national driving test service is the statutory responsibility of the Road Safety Authority. I have therefore referred this question to the Authority for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response is not received within ten days.
