To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if his attention has been drawn to the decision by domestic waste collection operators to increase their standing charges and lift fees; if he is concerned of the impact of these increases; and if he intends to take steps to prevent or mitigate these increased charges particularly for vulnerable and low-income customers.
