I propose to take Questions Nos. 387 and 388 together.
Following engagement and in agreement with the Department of Health, the Ukraine Crisis Temporary Accommodation Team (UCTAT) will not engage in the procurement of any property that was registered as a nursing home with the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) on 1stSeptember 2022 or after that date.
