The Croke Park Agreement applied to all public servants and civil servants. 

My department consists of the following grades of staff, all of whom are civil servants: 

- Secretary General

- Deputy Secretary General

- Assistant Secretary General 

- Principal Officer

- Professional Accountant

- Senior Statistician

- Statistician

- Advisory Counsel

- Medical Assessors

- Assistant Principal Officer 

- Administrative Officer

- Higher Executive Officer

- Executive Officer

- Clerical Officer

- Service Officer

- Service Attendant

- Temporary Clerical Officer

- Temporary Service Officer

The Pensions Authority and the Citizens Information Board are agencies under my Department.

The grades in the Pensions Authority are:

- Accountant Grade II

- Higher Executive Officer

- Executive Officer

- Clerical Officer

The grades in the Citizens Information Board are:

- Principal Officer

- Assistant Principal Officer
