195. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if his Department will intervene with Bord Iascaigh Mhara in the case of a person (details supplied) to have funding released following a successful application to the Brexit tie-up scheme for funding. [59675/22]

The Brexit Temporary Fleet Tie up Scheme is administered by BIM and it would not be appropriate for my Department to intervene in relation to the operation of same. My Department's role in relation to this query is confined to the answering of good standing requests sought on foot of applications to this scheme.
