To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if he is satisfied that the in-camera rule applies in situations in which children and mothers are being examined by Tusla in a way in which the mother or the child cannot be successful in the submission of their evidence; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
