To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality if the licence issued on 17 July 2022 to a company (details supplied) has been reviewed in view of Private Security Authority legislation point 3.6. Clause 13; if the company has been given five weeks' notice to correct this outstanding issue given its failure to comply with Private Security Authority guidelines to allow the security ERO to be implemented.
