The person concerned will reach pension age on 20 December 2022.

A State Pension (contributory) at the maximum weekly rate of €253.30 has been awarded from 20 December 2022.  They were notified in writing of this decision on 11 November 2022.

I hope this clarifies the position for the Deputy.
