To ask the Minister for Health when section 38 organisations, whose workers are entitled to the backdated pay increases awarded under building momentum and detailed under HR circular 025/2022, will be given the extra funding to award this back pay given that without additional funding these organisations cannot afford same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
