To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if it has been drawn to his attention that his office was requested on 6 October 2022 to forward a copy of the revised tenant (incremental) purchase scheme guidelines and Ministerial Order giving effect to changes in the treatment of the State (contributory) and (non-contributory) pensions for reckonable income purposes, which was issued to local authorities on 29 September 2022 (details supplied); when it is expected that his Department will respond to the request; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
