To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the position regarding his Department's progress in finalising a working paper to locate wellbeing within the context of the budgetary process; the expected timeline for the completion of that work; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The working paper that locates well-being within the context of the budgetary process is currently being peer reviewed. It is anticipated that this process will take a number of weeks. It is my Department's intention to publish it once that process has been completed.
