To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if his attention has been drawn to the case of workers in Section 56 organisation (details supplied) who are members of the public pension superannuation scheme and who had their wages cut and their hours increased, under the Haddington Road and Croke Park Agreements, but who have not benefitted from the Building Momentum Agreement; when they can expect to have their pay increased; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
