To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he will provide a schedule of customer names and valuation dates in respect of valuations undertaken by the State Valuation Office from 2011 to 2021 for Higher Education Authority-funded higher education institutions. The Commissioner of Valuation is independent in the exercise of his functions under the Valuation Act 2001, as amended. The Valuation Office provides a professional valuation service to Government Departments, State Agencies and other public bodies. This work relates to capital and rental valuations, including valuations for rent review purposes. Valuations are also provided for properties being transferred between Government Departments, State bodies and other public authorities and agencies in accordance with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform Circular 11/15 Protocol for the Transfer of State Property Assets.
