To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if a company (details supplied) has sought the advice of or formally consulted his Department or the Government in relation to any transboundary or other impacts resulting from the construction of a new coal mine underneath the Irish seabed, near the Cumbrian coastline; and if he will outline the content of any such correspondence and communications.
