My Department meets regularly with  CE, Tús and RSS schemes, sponsors and representatives to discuss and consider ongoing operational issues.  As part of this ongoing consultation and exchange of views, officials from my Department are meeting with Tús and rural social scheme supervisor union representatives today,  Wednesday 13^thJuly 2022. 

As this meeting is taking place today, I am not in a position to provide any update on what took place at this specific meeting.  Also as the Deputy is aware individual schemes, not the state, are the employers of persons working on these schemes.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
