To ask the Minister for Health if the HSE has signed contracts or entered into any agreement with a private company (details supplied) to locate HSE services in a new unit that it is seeking to build in Navan, County Meath; if there have been any discussions between the company or any of its associated companies or agents to enter into an agreement with them in the delivery of health services in Meath.
