To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 77 of 26 May 2022, the status of the proposed primary care centre for Galway west; if a planning permission application has been lodged to date, as per the expected timeline of Q3 2022; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.

To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 230 of 25 May 2022, the status of the delivery of a primary care centre on Inishbofin; for details of any engagement his Department or the HSE has had to date in 2022 with the Department of Media, Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht and Sport as well as Galway County Council with a view to progressing the purchase of the site; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
