To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if she will provide assistance in getting clarification from the State Examinations Commission in relation to its policy on students who may have an epileptic seizure during an exam and the policy that the student will not have access to a deferred sitting of the exam; if they have plans to change this policy to reflect the needs of students with conditions that may affect them at any time during an exam; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
