With regard to the specific applications about which the Deputy has referred, these applications were registered on 21 November 2019. The Passport Service contacted the applicants on 17 November 2021 requesting further documents. These documents remain outstanding. The Passport Service has contacted the applicants again to advise of the documents required to progress the application.
