To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if the Child and Family Agency has guidance or a standard operating procedure for assessing a person’s age in the context of assessing whether they are eligible for services under the Child Care Acts; and if so, if that procedure is published. The Deputy is referring to an operational matter for Tusla, the Child and Family Agency. I have therefore referred the matter to Tusla, and asked that a direct response be provided to the Deputy.
