According to the records of my Department, the person concerned applied for a Personal Public Service (PPS) Number on 30/05/2022. The application was referred back to the person on 18/06/2022 and she was asked to provide proof of identity and documentation confirming the reason for requiring a PPS Number.

The documentation was subsequently provided by the person on 23/06/2022 and her application was processed. Confirmation of the person’s PPS Number issued by post on 28/06/2022.

I trust this clarifies the matter.
