To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment to provide a detailed breakdown of the State funding provided by his Department to all environmental groups in 2019, 2020, 2021 and the budget allocation for 2022; if a cost-benefit analysis of this funding has been undertaken before the 2022 approval given the reported increased budget for environmental groups from €1 million to €1.7 million; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
