To ask the Minister for Health if funding will be allocated to a community-based counselling and psychotherapy service (details supplied) in Galway city, that provides counselling services to adults over 18 years of age and who receive a significant number of referrals from general practitioners; the funding schemes are available from his Department for this group; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
