The forum includes energy sector representatives from Renewable Energy Ireland, which was established in January 2019 as a partnership of sustainable energy associations working to support the energy transition in Ireland. Further information including membership of Renewable Energy Ireland can be found on the Renewable Energy Ireland website RenewableEnergyIreland.ie
The forum also includes representatives from the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications, the Commission for Regulation of Utilities, EirGrid and ESB Networks. The forum operates as an informal exchange of views and meets on a quarterly basis. The next meeting is due to take place in June/July 2022.
