To ask the Minister for Health the number of patients who presented to an emergency department and were either not seen or who were referred elsewhere for care in January, February, March, April and May 2022, broken down by month and by hospital in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the deputy directly, as soon as possible.

To ask the Minister for Health the number of hospitals that provide emergency department services broken down by the catchment area that each emergency department serves; the number of patients seen in each emergency department in each of the years 2016 to 2021; the average patient wait time for each year by emergency department; the number of patients recorded as on a trolley in each emergency department for each year; the number of in-patient beds funded and open in each hospital with an emergency department for each year in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
