To ask the Minister for Health the number of children who received a preliminary team assessment as part of the standard operating procedure that was in place for children’s disability network teams until the Supreme Court ruling in March 2022; the number of these children who were referred for further assessment; the number of these children who have subsequently requested a full assessment of need; the estimated timeframe within which these assessments will be undertaken; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
