To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 1328 of 26 April 2022, the reason a that a change in service requirement necessitating unforeseen building works was referenced in the response for a premises (details supplied), given that the original HSE rationale for the purchase of the premises was that it would replace a former community residence which included long-stay placements; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
