To ask the Minister for Health the progress that has been made to date on the investigation into allegations made by a whistleblower in April 2020 as a protected disclosure, regarding the care of patients during Covid-19 at St. Mary's Hospital, Phoenix Park, Dublin; the date this report was completed; when it will be published; the cost of the investigation to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
