The Deputy's question relates to the National Service Plan 2021 which states that the HSE will put in place structures to support dialogue and collaborative working with voluntary organisations, including those representing section 38 and 39 providers, and people with disabilities and their families. On that basis, I am referring the question for response to the HSE for direct reply to the Deputy.
