To ask the Minister for Education and Skills further to parliamentary Question No. 602 of 22 March 2022, If appropriate non-negligence insurance was put in place by the Department relative to the construction of a school (details supplied) for the protection of the adjoining properties; if her Department will now deal with the serious subsidence issues along the boundary which the construction of a retaining wall and back-fill took place; if her Department will carry out an inspection of the property; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
