To ask the Minister for Health the date on which a licence agreement on a building (details supplied) was secured; the value and terms of the leasehold and cost to the HSE including any legal or site works costs associated with the site since the leasehold was secured; if the HSE intends to develop the site; if so, when and the purpose; the purpose of retention; the length of vacancy; the costs incurred by the HSE to date related to the site including acquisition, legal fees, site works and any associated or ancillary costs in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
