Following the Deputy’s representation and given that the overpayment dates back to 2018, I have asked my officials to undertake a full review of the overpayment assessed against the person concerned. My officials will write to the person concerned detailing how the overpayment occurred and with the outcome of the review within the next two weeks.

I trust this clarifies the matter.
