To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth his views on providing a quarterly refugee accommodation pipeline report to the Oireachtas Committee on Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, detailing the number of accommodation places due to be brought on stream under the White Paper implementation process. As part of the implementation of the White Paper I am very conscious of the importance of communicating clearly on the progress that we are making in implementing the new model of accommodation for International Protection applicants. Currently we are developing a communication strategy for the programme, which will include mechanisms through which Oireachtas members can be briefed on a regular basis. This will include updates on the accommodation pipeline. Further information on this will be available in the coming weeks.
