To ask the Minister for Health if Carlow County Council handed over its records for the former Carlow Mother and Baby Home and Carlow Maternity Hospital also known as Sacred Heart Home to the South Eastern Health Board; if so, if those records are held by either the Adoption Authority of Ireland and or Tusla; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
