To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the recent revelation in the media (details supplied) that a critical peer review by a person of a key section of the Askeaton Inquiry Report was not published at the time of the report in 2001; if an inquiry will be conducted into the reason this happened; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
