138. To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that families of persons with dementia have been informed that day services provided at a facility (details supplied) are due to be cut from three days to two days per week; the reason this is the case, rather than increase the number of persons permitted to attend three days per week to the pre-pandemic level of 24, the HSE is insisting on retaining the reduced number which was introduced in July 2021 in keeping with public health guidelines (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
