263. To ask the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if EU Digital COVID Certificates should be used in swimming pools to fall in line with gyms and leisure centres; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2955/22]

Following public health advice, the Government has decided, with effect from 22 January, that most of the public health measures previously in place can be removed. This includes the previous requirement to present a valid Digital COVID Certificate to enter gyms and indoor leisure facilities.
