The named individual was selected for a land eligibility inspection in 2019 following which there were reductions made on three parcels for ineligible areas. The applicant was informed of the outcome of that inspection, following which he applied for a review of that decision to the District Inspector. The result of that review was sent to the applicant on 12th August 2020. In 2020 the applicant applied on the reduced area i.e.  the area found following inspection. The landslide as referred to did not impact on his payment in 2020. Nonetheless following a request from the applicant a full review of the 2020  application was sent to the applicant on 9^thFebruary 2021.
